Cassie Milbert and Jesse Costigan of Cedar Rapids wish to announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

Cassie is the daughter of Jude and Lisa Milbert of Dyersville. Jesse is the son of Donita O’Connell of West Union and Dave and Brenda Costigan of Wheatlan, Wyo.

A 2009 graduate of Coe College, Cassie works as an account manager at Aerotek in Cedar Rapids.

Originally from Lawler, Jesse received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa in 2009 and earned his master’s degree in accounting from the University of Northern Iowa in 2010. He is a certified public accountant at McGladrey in Cedar Rapids.

The couple will exchange vows July 13 in Dyersville.
