Banks donate to new Ossian clinic

Security State Bank and Luana Savings Bank have each donated $7,500 to the new WMC Clinic in Ossian.

Donations to the WMC Ossian Clinic support the start-up costs of the new facility, and there are opportunities at every giving level, from naming the clinic to sponsoring infant care items.

James Rothmeyer, assistant vice president of Security State Bank in Ossian, said, “Security State Bank is pleased to contribute $7,500 to Winneshiek Medical Center in support of the new Ossian Clinic. As a community bank, we have deep roots in the communities we serve, and it’s important to us to help our communities grow and thrive.”

Joe Kriener, vice president of Luana Savings Bank, echoed Rothmeyer’s comments, saying, “As a bank, we want to see the Ossian community continue to grow and provide services for its residents in the local market.  We believe that healthcare is an essential community need, and we are pleased our gift of $7,500 can help make local healthcare a reality in Ossian.”
