Jamie Lee Solheim, 50, of Randalia, Iowa died Monday, November 30, 2020 at University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City, Iowa. Jamie was born September 23, 1970 to Donald and Kathryn (Heins) Solheim in Postville, Iowa. He graduated from North Fayette High School in 1989.

Throughout the years, Jamie worked as an Auto Body Man and Carpenter. He was the “Best Dry-Waller around”. Jamie enjoyed motor cross, watching the Pittsburgh Steelers, camping, and TJs pizza. He was good-hearted and loved by all, especially by the nieces and nephews because he was always the “funny one”. He was a jokester and liked to give joke gifts at Christmas. Jamie enjoyed cooking, he always called his mom for recipes.  He will be greatly missed by his children, dad and mom, brothers, and sister, nieces and nephews, and all who knew him. We love you Jamie.

Jamie is survived by his children, Isaiah Solheim of Decorah, Iowa, Elijah Solheim of Albertville, Minnesota, Ezra Solheim of Fayette, Iowa and Nevaeh Solheim of St. Lucas, Iowa; his parents, Donald and Kathryn Solheim of Castalia, Iowa; and siblings, Kim ( Mike) Boyum of Ossian, Iowa, Shane Solheim of Ossian, Iowa, Joshua (Cary) Solheim of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Matthew (Kelsi) Solheim of La Vista, Nebraska.

Preceding Jamie in death were his brother, Nick Solheim; and his grandparents, Glen and Bernita Heins and George and Luella Solheim.

A Private Service will be held at Bethany Lutheran Church.

Schutte-Grau Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Clermont, Iowa is assisting the family with arrangements.
