Auditor of State Rob Sand hand-delivered a pie to the leaders of Fayette County, Wednesday, Nov. 10, in recognition of their Public Innovations and Efficiencies (PIE) Award. Fayette County is the best overall performing county in the state.
It is also the best county in the second fifth category based on its population (19,650) according to the 2019 Census.
